I have to admit that's frustrating though. I was literally the last person on the back order, I don't know how I got so screwed. Makes me not want to order parts for this car for awhile.

what class are you guys gonna run in? The only 1 open is point by light. Not 100% on signing up yet, but im on the fence about it

Oh I didn't even realize they were still taking registrations. Last I checked they were all full and asking people not to sign up. I think most of us will be in the Solo 2 group.

yeah I'm also in Solo2. Unfortunately that group is full.

Just FYI if you are a beginner they won't let you into Point By group. That is for people with 8 or more track days experience.

yeah I was looking at that one too. But note that the db limit is just 90 for that Dec Laguna Seca day. Anyone with aftermarket exhaust might have issues passing under that limit.

Getting excited! Although I didn't realize RS3's become utter crap after 4-5 track days... This would be track day number 9 on these RS3's which will make things "interesting".

Hoping for 0 rain...

"Utter crap" might be a little strong but with the heat cycling that comes along with 9 track days you can definitely say their best days have passed.

I'd still take them over more conventional street tires ... like a Hankook evo v12 or something similar.

Well I don't have any experience with any other tire besides stock but I can tell you when these RS3s were new....yum!

Right now they aren't confidence inspiring. When they let go they really let go now... Have you experienced this before with them? Makes me nervous to drive at any kind of limit.

My tuner wants me to test out some ecutek stability control thing so maybe I'll give that a whirl.
