After installing the holder, I finally tried it out for the tablet. It's a 10 inch tablet so it's one of the biggest. It wobbles Alot on landscape mode because it's sitting on the left. Portrait mode is pretty stable but I haven't taken it for a drive. The cell phone holder is perfect however.

Kanundrum and I cut it.. But we cut it at the 3 separate wires, so it can be soldered again. I don't even notice the dash illuminating anyways so it's meh. Ipad would work better, my tablet is too big.

Yeah, I haven't driven with it yet. It was just a test fit to see how it is. I have all my screens off (including the touchscreen installed). It'll be good for a track day (which I will get into after winter).

There's a white Toyota Matrix running around with 86 wheels too. I know cuz he also has a VW TDI and I sold him some TDI parts after I bought my BRZ and he showed up to my house with the car, sporting the wheels. I withheld my true opinions from him.

Not an elitist, I just didn't feel that particular wheel looked good on that car.
