I saw Clint's price yesterday. It's about $900 less than what I paid him about 5 weeks ago. If you want a BRZ it's time to call him.

I am currently looking for and ready to buy one.
Any suggestions? Which dealer / sale person you guys recommend? Since '13 is year end model, should I wait for '14 model ?
Any comments .
Thanks
I love this forum!
Jimmy, I am in the same boat, trying to get a bargain on the 2013 limited. I was at Serramonte subaru today and I got quoted for a special affordable local's price: 39k OTD

side note: the confirmation for tiny pic for this picture was "an arm and a leg." I found it quite amusing and rather appropriate.

39k? Was this medical marijuana day at that dealership? Did it come with a kardashian? Did it come with 5 spare HPFP's, new window seals and a set of injectors to replace later??

Needless to say, negotiation never broke through. The boss of this dealership was quite antagonistic. He insisted that no dealership would sell below this price.

We just bought a Forester from Serramonte. It was an easy process of bargaining. I contacted about 8 dealers off their websites, saying what I wanted and when I was willing to buy. I got a bunch of quotes back. Then a couple days later, on the weekend at the end of the month, I got an email coupon from Serramonte promising 200 off the next best quote I've gotten. I gave them the quote. They got the car. We negotiated it as an amount off invoice because of the different options, then we picked up the car that day after they sent a guy to the port to get it.

I suggest you do the same process.

Oh, and when I called a couple other dealers to see if they had the car in stock, one of them, who had the car, said I should jump on it. He couldn't make money at that price - 4.6% under invoice.

You should buy your car from clint then stop at that dealership on the way back and waive your invoice at them.

My price is now even cheaper than cheap. No dealer and handling fee on remaining 13's so that saves YOU 389. Also 1300 below for all limiteds 6 speeds
