The first thing to fall off your car will probibly be something you put on it .... like a splitter, fog lights, front plate, mud flaps, .......

Anything that bounces up and hit the underside of the car makes a horrible noise, in any small car I've ever owned. I lost my drain plug once(heard it pop off), and it made the loudest bang when it popped back from the ground up under my car.

This car(twins) with thinner metal just about everywhere even further exaggerates these sounds.

If a car drives over a tree in the forest and no one is around to hear it does it make a noise?

There is a TSB for noise coming from rear underdash. Might be what you are referring too?

Check if the backseat is loose, fold it down then put it back in
