My best run.
r/t .173 60' 2.236 330 5.640 1/8 8.313 mph 91.82 1000 10.568 1/4 12.470 Mph 119.43 I have Full Blowns base kit with gtx28 I was running about 14 psi. not sure the HP i was running. When I tried to get it tuned the injector load was at max capacity and wasnt able to push a lot of boost. Fixed the issue and turned up the boost and haven't had a chance to get it tuned. hopefully soon. |

Et's are pretty weak here but everybody's got good overall trap speeds.

ET's overall car setup/driver. Trap is just HP to weight. So i wouldn't say it was really either an insult or complement.

I would say that the traps are also weak for the 400whp cars.

Nah, doesn't appear to me that people are pushing 400whp in this thread. Seems more in the ranges from 250-350.
I think folks just need more seat time for better ET's. Overall, not too shabby for the 2 years that this car has been on the market! It's depressing to know that I can already hit 12's with my basically stock gen3 mr2 with the boost turned up; whereas the FRS will need EVERYTHING just to get into the 12's

A 3sgte at 17psi with water meth is hardly stock friend. Your comparing apples and oranges, factory boosted to an n/a car of course the boosted car will be made to go faster for less.

I guess what I'm trying to say is that I was hoping to see more 12 sec passes with the amount of money people are dumping into their boosted setups. Running 13's is kind of disappointing and is basically as fast as my mr2 running on stock boost! I was hoping to see better... In time, I hope for more progression. 13's are weak considering all turbo'd up and everything.

As I said in the first post. You can't compare the costs of making a stock boosted car run say 12's vs trying to make a n/a car with a bolt on kit run the same. You're going to lose almost every time. If you want to go that way I have a buddy with a stock engine and turbo eagle talon that would whoop your stock mr2 for a 1/3 the money

a stock boosted car needs nothing to go quicker. as you throw around examples i know that a stock e63 benz does 11.9 or 12, tune that thing and u can 11.1 or so .
