As for making it lighter shooting brake, how many parts in the86 was aluminum? There are so many parts in this car that make it aluminum PLUS reinforce the chassis more.

As for the Z5/Supra rumor, if Toyota is making Supra, wouldn't counter part would be some 3 series or 4 series? Like M4 or etc.

Z series have been always vert at the beginning (then go into coupe)... Unless Toyota is make next Supra to be hardtop vert, Supra counter part won be Z series.

From the driver seat forward was good. It was everything behind the driver seat and above the rear axle that bothered me. From the 1-2" of leg room in the rear driver side seat to the small cargo area and the huge blind spot. Then I found out the new Mazda3 hatchback has the same drag coefficient, 0.28. Which for a geek like me, is a huge disappointment.

I want a fun to drive car. But if it means compromising that much, I'll go back to comparing the MX-5 to Mazda3. If money was no object I'd probably put a Mazda3 body on a stretched MX-5 chassis but then I could buy a Bimmer to drive in the meantime.

Luxury options can be added aftermarket, some FRS were sitting on lots with aftermarket leather. These things tend to be cheaper and more reliable from the factory. It just depends on the manufacturer.

I'm amused.

So, my coworkers went to lunch - 5 guys. They take two cars- an SUV and a FRS. One guy come back by himself early.

A little while later the other four get back to the office ... stuffed into the FRS.

I bet it was not comfortable, but, now I know without a doubt you can fit more than just children and very petite people back there...

So I guess you would be very disappointed with a Bugatti Veyron then. Drag coefficient is .41, but it does go all the way down to .36 when you put it in "top speed mode" or whatever it's called.

Hell, a 458 Italia has a DC of 0.33
