sometimes...well, actually everytime I read a thread and theres a random ass response. I feel like posting:

damnit (insert user name here) your response makes no sense. its like youre a child walking into an adult conversation.

So here at my job we have a new hire class here for training. They were taken out for defensive driving lessons by my boss and I get a phone call.

"Steve can you meet us at Target we have a little problem."

Haul ass to Target and........................................






Everyone was ok. But I laughed my ass off!!!! Way to go boss!!!!!!

If only I had a dollar for every time this happened. At least the new hires got broken in properly. Should ease in apprehensiveness they may have had about Visconti possibly being just a myth.

Done in well under 10 seconds.

Now, comparing your post here with my post to Ashley you will discover the following:

Nevermore post: 358 words
Porsche (l-o-o-n-g) post to Ashley: 710 words

Appearances can be deceiving. My post is not quite twice as long as your brief post.

Does my post represent hours of writing?

No.

Then again, one could argue that it took decades. Kind of depends on how one looks at it, you know?

I type (around 80-100 wpm) as I think, the words flowing from my mind onto the screen. I enjoy meaningful discussion, and I don't enjoy small talk. I enjoy sharing with others for no better reason than that I enjoy helping others, especially when they seem to need it.

I often elaborate on posts like these, because the discussion is not unique to one person; it applies to a great many people who may find it useful in helping them make difficult and important decisions. So, while I'm "speaking" to Ashley, here, I'm also speaking to a larger audience. My comments to Ashley are applicable to anyone embarking on a college education.

There are tens of thousands of grads out there wishing they'd never borrowed so much money, wishing they'd known what the reality of repayment would be like, wishing they'd purchased a sensible and practical degree, and even wishing they'd never gone to college at all.

They made serious mistakes in judgment.

They could have avoided every one of those mistakes.

I'm not here to establish "dominance," I'm here to try to be helpful. Hopefully, I've succeeded in some measure.
