Bummed I missed it, but took a class win in Street Mod @ FL State Champs--nice consolation prize lol

BTW, I didn't have any rubbing issues w/ the tabs--kind of shocked it didn't...

Well it was $20 to enter the show. I generally hate car shows, so I wouldn't have entered, but I figured that since Circuit was hosting the event and they weren't sure how many cars would do the show, I would pay the money and enter to support them. I would love to see your car in person.

I would much rather have been driving my car at Sebring, then admiring it sitting in a parking lot, haha. Congrats on your win. Must not have been that bumpy of a course. I only rub with serious compression from bridge transitions on the Interstate and going up some driveways.

Thx!

Yeah, they hold the AutoX in the paddock area & it's not too bumpy, thankfully.

That damn spray adhesive goes everywhere, and I spent like 2 hours removing the adhesive and fur from the OEM ebrake boot.

Anyways, I was super happy to win:

2013 Southeast 86 Mega Meet Best Overall

The car is now two for two in shows as it also won:

2013 86 Nationals Best of Show Forced Induction

I got a trophy and some Mackin lugs for winning at the 86 Nationals, but I got a GTSPEC front and rear strut tower bar for winning at the Southeast 86 Mega Meet.

Thanks to Tristan @Circuit Motorsports for hosting the event and Tucker @L3P47 for coming up with the event. I had a great time, and I hope the event is even bigger and better next year.
Your car looked great man! We really appreciate every one coming out and hanging out with us for a bit. I'm sure next year will be even bigger!

Driveway Labs diffuser and a vented hood are at the top of my list.

I was wondering when your going to start doing some cosmetics. Seeing as how you've dont about everything as far as performance goes.

I don't consider those cosmetic. Cosmetic doesn't get me anywhere faster or stopped any quicker, or make the car any more reliable. The Driveway Labs diffuser appears to be fully functional, and the vented hood is only because of the front/top mount turbo setup and needing a way to get that heat out of the engine compartment.

Have you considered venting from the fender emblems? I saw some pics here somewhere where they cut holes behind the fender emblem and vented hot air through there.
