This happened to me once before. I filled up a a day ago, but I wanted to top it off before going on a road trip. When I started the road trip, I noticed that the needle still rested slightly above 3/4 of the tank.

Happened to me as well.. I was pumping about $10 of gas into my car & the needle did not move at all. I called the dealership and they said to come in for a check up.. but the next day it fixed itself so I didn't go

sounds like its the motor for the needle when you fill up it should be right at or just above full, want you can do is pop the needle off and reset it to where it needs to be but be careful on the frs there is no stop so try not to spin the motor as you re apply the needle.

also be sure its not the pump some can have different angled nozzle which can splash back into it getting a false full

Same thing happened to me. Just disconnected battery and reapplied. I'll be filling anytime after the 3/4 mark.
