Speaking of detailing I stumbled across this at Walmart and it seems to be well reviewed on Amazon for washing your car to get rid of hard water spots. Price isn't too bad either since I'm sure you can get a good number of washes out of it.

So I have a question for you guys, if you have about 35k maybe 40k to spend on something new coming out of a Corvette what would you look at.
I have looked at Porsche 911's but frankly the interior sucks and I just don't care about Porsches. I was looking at Lotus Elise's but while it looks amazing its slow so I would have to build it. They are not over 25k so I would have plenty to do so but I am not sure I want to... I was thinking about an 07 or so STI... but IDK, I also looked at EVO's but well again the Interior leaves me saying meh. I guess I have some time while I am sitting here at work standing up a server and I am starting to think again about selling the Vette for something that's a step up. I would love another FD RX7 but this time with an LS swap however those are much harder to come by but def. in my price range should I find one that meets my standards. Figured why not ask some of the car guys here... I was even thinking about a Delorean and doing an LSx build and being goofy by adding in a flux capacitor lol.

If it was in addition to the BRZ, I'd go for a WRX and make a full-on rally car (STi base price probably wouldn't leave enough room for parts, and a bunch of the STi bits would get pulled off anyways) I have a feeling your desires are different. You mentioned interior being important and wanting something nice. I take it this will be more than a track rat / friday night drag strip car. Any idea what your plans for this car would be? Yes I have gotten past the track or drag only phase. Its fun but I like to have fun toys that are complete.
I did this which was a Turbo V8 RX7 and it was basically a Drag car, tons of fun but rattled... I hate rattles lol. ![]() The STI's I found were under 25k. I figured starting there would give me a better base to start with and better market for sellers as the WRX was cheaper and easier to come by. I would not mind building an FR-S but this is a second car, a toy mainly so that means two and well while the price would work I am not sure that's what I want to do. I always have enjoyed my Vette but frankly the interior has always left something to be desired. Its not horrible by any means but it certainly is not award winning either...
