Just get the color you actually prefer vs what other people tell you.

I like white but I don't like pearl. Because of that I enjoy my red FR-S.

LR looks really nice on the BRZ.
Even though I love SWP, LR is great on these cars. |

Same thing happened to me. I walked in wanting either black or white and walked out with a lightning red and couldn't be happier. I've seen some brz's and frs' on the road, and no offense to anybody else, I just feel the red on this car feels so...ferrari...ish

Just this weekend alone, I saw 4 white pearls within 5 miles of my house. Out of 1 year, I've never seen another BRZ in Lightning Red around the sacramento area. Just sayin'.

I do wish the white was just a regular white instead of pearl, but even considering, I'd still pick white over red.
I don't know what half of you are talking about with all your DMZs, SWPs, and so on and so fourth. As far as I'm concerned, the FR-S is available in black, white, silver, red, orange, and blue. BRZs are available in black, grey, silver, white, blue, dark blue, and red. Until there are 3 or more shades of the same basic color, they can be distinguised by "dark" or "light" _______. Making things too complicated. Ain't nobody got time fa' dat.
