They're work vs-xx, and you need to run lower offset (less than 30) to get the lips to look this good on our cars. There are tons of STI/240sx guys that run these, one of my favorite wheels

Last I checked, Work does not offer the VS-XX in a stepped lip from their factory. Brombachers are essentially VS-XX, but they won't pair VS-XX faces with Brombacher lips. Any set of VS-XX you see with stepped lips has been rebarreled by a wheel customization shop, or by the consumer (AFAIK).

I have a set on my 335i and I absolutely love them. We can always request work to build the wheels with an "o" disk instead of the standard "a" disk. This allows for a bigger lip with the same offset but at the cost of not fitting a BBK on.

A lot of guys do have custom wheel shops rebarrell vsxx because it saves time. When I ordered mine I went through the process of ordering brombachers directly from Japan and had them drilled in the correct bolt pattern. Long process but very worth it in the end!

It doesn't always save time. I know, because I have VS-XX with stepped lips, and it took me like seven months to get mine lol. Some of it was the shops fault, and some of it was that the manufacturer of my lips took a long time to fulfill their order.

When I emailed Work directly and asked for VS-XX with a stepped lip a while back, they said it was not possible (for some reason).
