Hey guys my name is Jacob, I work at a Toyota dealership in North Wilkesboro, NC. Picked up my Whiteout FRS about 3 months ago and love it! So far Ive plastidipped the wheels, and have a muffler delete with 2 1/2" pipe from the cat back. Coilovers coming soon in preparation for Import Alliance Nashville.

A big THANK YOU to the folks at Don Ringler Scion in Temple, TX. Ashley and Craig - you guys rock!! I must say that my 40 something mile drive back to Round Rock was one of the best drives ever. I am very pleased with my FR-S. Thanks to all on the forum for all the great ideas for mods. The first stop for me will be the window tint shop - have an appointment for 9am Monday morning. Look for pics here soon.
Washed and waxed my blue beauty this morning.
The full wrap CR33 tint job was done by Austin Car Protection & More in Pflugerville - Thanks Alice...

Thinking of selling my Firestorm FR-S!

I've had her for almost 3 months and 4,500 miles.
6MT K&N Drop-In and Morimoto HIDs.
Probably picking up a 2011 WRX.
I just want more power and that isn't going to happen with the FR-S.

Of course I am tempted by the thought of crazy mods, but I still have these two to satisfy that urge:

Hey guys! My name is Rafi and I'm 18 years old looking to lease a 6MT FRS in Jan as my first car. I've been working in retail for over a year and although it has driven me nuts, it's probably more than enough to allow me to get this car that I love so much. I joined here cause I needed advice before I make the move and to find out anything that I wouldn't know about the car and the whole process.

The dealer told me roughly $300 a month car payments with $1k down and my mom will be cosigning cause her credit score is over 700. Perhaps they won't even ask for a down payment when they process her credit score. But until then I want to learn more about the car and if leasing is the best option for me and make friends as well.

I live in Magnolia, TX just north of the Woodlands and I see a bunch of these cars around and man I just love them. I'm a huge huge huge gear/petrolhead and it's just ideal.

Hope to be a good part of this club! Thanks!

Hello Marsivated and welcome .....

Lease vs. buy is a financial decision between you, your Mom and the dealer/financial institution. Just be sure you understand the terms of the lease, should you decide to go that way.

To learn more about the FR-S ..... you have come to the right spot ..... just start reading ....

I'm sure others will come by with opinions on leasing vs. buying.
