Hoping to have the car for my Christmas break.

I went into a dealership and ordered my automatic black premium BRZ with the Styling pack and a few extras on the 10th October. Dealership said it should take 4 months max and one guy recently got his just 2 weeks after ordering, so definitely looks like delivery dates fluctuate.

Thing that's annoying me is that my "contract between subaru" and myself is still pending. I'm calling up the subaru dealership today although I doubt they'll know why there's a delay just to accept the contract.

By the way, to anyone that's wondering, if you go into a dealership they may sell you a floor model straight up but don't expect to get a discount, you'll be paying a lot more.

Two weeks? 86 or a brz?

I just took delivery of my brz last week. Three months exactly on the day.

If a customer cancel a brz, it will go to the next person waiting on the list.

Accepting contract should take about 7 days.

~ BRZ

~ Yeah, whoever got his just 2 weeks after ordering was extremely lucky. Most people would probably get it from 3-4 months. However, if you order a manual apparently it's gone up to 6 months! Manual BRZs are in high demand.

~ It's been 6 working days for me, or 10 days, and haven't accepted contract. I should see it soon though. I contacted the dealership and they have a VIN number for the car so it should be processing.

...I'm wondering how many more BRZ we'll see on the road by next year, compared with the 86 gts I see everywhere haha

Online can be a bit slow. If you need anything, just contact Natalie.

Online will say 4.5-6mnths but it won't be that long. 2.5-3mnths max

Mine was 1240. Ratio is 6:1 for 86:brz here in oz. u won't see many brz though hhehe

2 weeks is super lucky and weird. Unless its a demo or dealer or cancelled order or something heheh

The wait is good. Give u time to research on the car.

I only kept instrument panel and rear spoiler. Deleted everything else

Mine was supposed to take 14 months and i was prepared to wait.
But they changed the vin on the order screen and i picked it up after 8 months.
The brzs in au are individually numbered and will soon reach 2000.
Mine is 757.

It's much quicker now heheh

I ordered the brz for the guaranteed shorter time and the rear spoiler.

In hindsight. 86s are faster and GTS get the spoiler as well grrrr

I been waving to 86s n none replied. Maybe cause of my WRB? Heheh

I'm loving the brz. Flying over rough road n humps with no issue. Just as good as my aurion/kluger. I thought it would've been more bumpy.

The manual tranny is pretty rough. Especially down shift to two/one. So much jerking.

Loving 3-4th. Hardly go into 5th n 6th.
