I don't miss that about SA, but Chesapeake, VA is almost as bad. The drivers are just as retarded and the roads are bumpy as all hell

Yeah, I'm ready to have this highway finished and flowing normally. The back roads really aren't much better and are usually just as slow thanks to all the lights.

[QUOTE=hur1ey02;1232917]We have something in common! Where do you work in Canada? We sell heavy equipment parts to the mining and construction jobs here (and all around the world really). I spend a lot of my days playing on CAT 777s and 793, D11s and such. Nobody down this way is using the 797s though.

nice!! yea i work in Alberta, mostly fort mac oilsands i work for Mammoet, we get to see and move REALLY big stuff, it never gets old driving by a 797B when its fully loaded.

They are truly amazing machines. We have a lot of the Komatsu 830s running around here but that's about as big as it goes.

If i can interest you in the world's strongest chains (Pewag), let me know. I can get grrrrrrreat pricing.

Good 'ol highway 99/US50 in the morning and the back roads in the evening for roughly 30 miles each way. Nothing too exciting here.

Nope, San Diego weather with rain thrown in.
The drivers are just terribad and the roads... god the roads...
The highway on the way to work is like driving over a bunch of speed bumps.

I'm happy to say I drive a blistering 650 meters each way. Sometimes I even dare to go home at lunch...

This is the commute I should be taking, but I keep forgetting to try it on the weekend to make sure I don't have to leave any earlier. My current commute is pretty boring and typical.
