What is the difference between the Nigel JDM and JPM Coachworks center console knee pads. Trying to decide where to order.

OEM is leather-only. JPM is Alcantara, typically. I believe some parts are optional leather, so then it just boils down to confidence in quality and supporting U.S.A. business.

Problem is that because of stereo mods I have in mind, I prefer the ones that don't have grills.

This statement is inaccurate.

JPM Coachworks is whatever material you choose , not just Alcantara.

That's why he said "typically". So it was an accurate statement, as JPM is TYPICALLY known for Alcantara.

Why do Canadians come to South Florida East Coast and drive 10 mph below posted on I-95 and FL Turnpike?
I'm talking about the Palm Beach, Manalapan, Boca Raton, South Beach, Miami Beach, Fort Lauderdale uber wealthy snowbirds. Age is not the issue, I've seen 25-75 year olds with Bentleys, Rolls Royce, Mercedes, Maybachs, Ferrari, Lambos, Lexus LFA, and every other high end ride you've seen in Toronto drive this way. Quebec is worse but not on the road but in the restaurants, they don't leave a tip, and based on the 599 outside they can afford it.

This is a serious question, and you if saw it you'd question it too.

Please educate me, I am a native Floridian that has lived all over the world and they baffle me.

Completely different than the Northeast New York New Jersey Connecticut crowd, they will run you over if you get in their way.

That's no joke. You see what that range rover did to the bikers on the major deegan?

You are correct, but I left it open with "typically". I've been conversing a lot with Joe, trying to get some Alcantara-only stuff wrapped in leather and some of it just does not work because of the way leather moves.

Most people are perfectly fine with Alcantara, but I'm really wanting to get rid of all the Alcantara already in the car. Fortunately it's just the seats, but unfortunately I have to get them completely redone and it's about $950 each seat to replace Alcantara with leather. I think it'll be worth it, but it's not a mod at the top of my list.

These knee pads are a must, though, no matter which material you choose. Cleans up the interior and saves some kneecaps in the process!

Well I can't answer your first question about speed on the freeway, since it's definitely not how people drive here.

As for the tipping from Quebec patrons, this is a well known fact everywhere outside of Quebec. They tip like shit.

So one style of driving up there and a different slower style down here.
It is what it is, I can't change them.
A FHP friend stopped one last Friday night for doing 60 mph in a 70 mph on Turnpike north of Lake Worth. Dude was 54 years old driving on Audi A8 v10 at 6 pm holding up NorthBound traffic for a 1/4 mile. Just past the Service Plaza/FHP station. Ontario Plates.

First ticket he wrote for driving too slow and delaying traffic progress. Guy said he'd see him in court. Video doesn't lie.

I wish they would do that more often around me pulling over slow pokes.
