Sorry for asking, but will this fit?

Sorry about asking, I have researched and searched but when it comes to offsets and lowering and tyres it all goes over my head.
Anyway, I'm set on getting some Kiwami in a staggered setup. I know the downsides to this but my goals are more for looks as the car is used for demo and presentation.
From what I have found a good staggered setup would be 18x8.5 +38 on the front and 18x9.5 +38 on the rear.
Due to these being a custom offset I'm just checking if there is any stock offsets I should be considering as well.
The car will be lowered on Eibach springs 1" drop (i forget the name, pro kit?) So that needs to be taken into consideration.
what tyre size will be needed for front and rear to fit the look im going for?
And finally is there anything else I need to consider for purchase. Chamber bolts etc for the 1" drop?
Thanks for tolerating another "will this fit" thread

for the front you should go with a 245/40 or a 235/40 and in the rear you should go for a 255/35 or a 265/35 depending on tire brand etc etc.

i dont know what you mean by "stock offsets to consider" stock offset is 48..that will be sunk.

you shouldn't need any serious camber to fit this if any. with the drop the rear naturally cambers in so you will be okay. the front you can gain some camber with the stock bolt. you wont need anything more than 1.5 degrees.

Yeah sorry. I meant standard offsets Kiwamis were sold with but had that confused with custom PCD so all good.

How about sportlines with 1.4" drop? Would anything else be needed for that?

Either of these will have almost factory dimensions (less than 2% change):

Front
235/35/18 (-0.6% off)
245/35/18 (+0.5% off)

Rear
255/35/18 (+1.7% off)
265/30/18 (-1.5% off)

-----
These work, but are more than 2% off, so may require adjusting your speedo (depends a bit on local law)

Front
235/40/18 (+3.2% off)
245/40/18 (+4.5% off)

Rear
265/35/18 (+2.8% off)

-----

1% is about 4mm each "side" of the tire (side means in this case Radius, so Up and Down, not left and right ;-)
- means the tire flank will be smaller, so the "wheel" will be smaller, which "lowers" the car and makes the gap between tire and fender bigger
+ means the tire flank will be bigger, so the wheel will be bigger, which lifts the car and makes the gap between tire and fender smaller.

Basically, a tire that is -2% off factory dimension, will lower your car another 8mm, but will also enhance the wheel gap to the fender another 8mm. Vice versa if it is a + difference. You should Idealy combine about the same amount + or - for front and rear, for example, 245/35/18 (+0.5% off) Front and 255/35/18 (+1.7% off) rear.
Also, your goal should be to stay as near to the factory stats as possible (so 0% is the goal) as your speedo does also go % wrong from what you change from factory

Thank you. Very informative.
All I need to decide on now is the pro kit or sportlines. Leaning towards the 1" drop but the 1.4 has the more aggressive look I'm after with more sacrifice though.
