Jalopnik, while it sometimes appears as such, isn't a "free for all"; you cannot 'post' on it. It has writers and editors and what not.

So what you would do in your case, is send an email to tips@jalopnik.com outlining your story and your video, and you hope they pick it up. It'll help if it's a slow news day.
