These have been backordered but are finally released again. The next batch should begin shipping in two weeks... I would get a preorder in now

I have this bar on my car.. It is great!
It does provide a noticable firming up of the front end.. a little sharper turn-in if you are sensitive to how your vehicle handles. It looks nice and it very affordable.

Can't go wrong with GrimmSpeed!

I've heard a lot of people and even manufacturers saying a strut brace is more for looks and less for actual performance

While the potential performance benefit might not be tangible in a standard metric, this is the only company I have seen that has provided a measured reduction in tower deflection in addition to giving logical reasons for material choice.

86_Insider, how did you obtain the deflection measurements? Did the hysteresis shown in the graph occur consistently on the stock car?

That is Grimmspeed's data. Grimmspeed did the testing on the product to get the data which is going to be pretty much the same for any straight bar with out flex joints.

When picking a strut bar it's good to go with one that is not adjustable or have joints if you want one that will do something that is.

Right now that list is GTSpec, Grimmspeed, AEM, FT86 SpeedFactory, and Hotchkis that I know for functional strut bars. Grimmspeed did a great job on the price point and product.
