Yea, not sure if it is just the different material or added padding. I wouldn't doubt if they could add some. I know when I wrapped my WRX center console lid, they provided some foam.

The OEM armrest could use a little cushion. And that sexy alcantara. mmmm.

yup. my thought exactly.

I got sick of it pretty quick...
also, it bothered me when strong sun light reflects against the silver finish and shine on my face.

curious, what was the defect on your gauge cover? I have a slight fitment issue with mine and was considering driving down to their shop. More to just check the place out than anything.

In any case, it's quite comfortable. Though it does have the side effect of making me want to replace the door trim/arm rest with Alcantara as well...

I had a couple of small air bubbles under the Alcantara. Pretty much invisible from most angles, and they would actually disappear when the temperature was warm. I honestly felt a little silly bringing it in, but they treated it seriously. It's a nice place; it's interesting to see all the jobs they have going on, especially since there's so many FR-S/BRZ pieces around. When I was there on Friday, they had these sitting in the shop (Totally jacked the pic from their Facebook page):

Just got the JDM tips in last night and put them and the rear diffuser on. I didn't want to go away from the stock exhaust, but after seeing the diffuser with the stock tips i wanted something a little bit bigger to fill the holes.
