Is the glass on the fog lights going to hold up to rock chips? I wouldn't want it to shatter as soon as a rock hits it going down the highway.

It holds up to chips and road particles better than plastic.
It's not going to withstand a direct shot from a 2x4 or a deer, but otherwise yes It's a high quality housing Nick C.
