I remember when the Fiero first came out. GM didn't think they could sell enough of then as a pure sportscar so they compromised, softened it up and tried to promote it as a 2 seat commuter car. Commuters didn't like it because it only had two seats. The sportscar guys all knew it was too soft and had been too compromised by the bean counters and didn't handle near as well as the MR2. The Fiero GT with the V6 was an improvement but it still wasn't in the same league with the MR2 turbo for performance or handling. GM tried to appeal to everyone and ended with a flop that pleased very few. It was too bad because it was a decent idea that could still be in production if it wasn't for a few bad decisions by the bean counters at GM. Look at the longevity of the Miata for comparison. A pure uncompromised sportscar and it's been around forever.

Yes I plan on coming up. I will be bringing the Unichip with me and everything to test out mapping too.

I just got to see the picture of the C7 on my laptop and I have to say I really like that Green, I would be hard pressed to choose a C7 between the Dark Blue, Light Blue and Green they have this generation... I really like them.

Heads are handled though, now I am just waiting on the Throttle Body and then I can spend this next week getting the Vette's E85 tune touched up and ready for the Drag Strip and its next Dyno Day!

Now to get some other work accomplished... seems like there is always something.

Alright I took a little time to update my time spent with the Open Flash so far on the Road Course and Playing with the Tuning Software. Its not a lot I have been really busy this week but it does detail the two on the same road course in comparison to one another.

If you would like to see it I provided the link earlier. Let me know if you have any specific questions. I will be helping @40flash as he is buying my Unichip tonight. I will also be bringing the Open Flash with me.
