Jump started the car with the OEM battery after the Braille battery died (9.4 V) from sitting for a few days. I know it's only 15 Ah, bur expected it to last at least a week between starts. However, I did leave the Smart Key fob in the car for the first time and maybe that had an effect.

Looks like I need to find a good trickle charger that won't fry anything else in a fairly complex network of electronics on board. Any suggestions?

The battery tender pro is a pretty good trickle charger. It has a microchip to prevent overcharge.

I've seen them used on the most high-end cars, should be ok on an FR-S / BRZ

Removed both obnoxious buzzers. One is in the engine bay and one is soldered on the gauge cluster. Bye bye constant beeping!
