Anyone else in the US want these adapters. They are only 8 bucks but 22 shipping. I just bought one but the seller says he will combine shipping and I have a few days before he gets the black ones in. Was thinking of buying half a dozen but not sure of the interest.

They are the 6an female to 5/16 to fix the issue from the hard to soft line.

Figured 20 bucks and ill ship them as soon as I get them in.

You need to get that proper ID hose on asap!

Been running with the new hose for a month now, not a single leak or even a whiff of E85 at the hardline connections. The goodyear stuff is so good I can't even smell the E85 through it with my face up against it.

I also changed out the speedflow fittings I initially bought, they didn't play nice with JV's quick connect fittings and kept leaking. So I spent another $80 and basically removed every single scrap of JV's kit from the engine bay (except for sensor and wiring).

So you have to go all speedflow including the quick disconnects to stop leaks? What quick disconnect did you use?

Yep all the fittings are Speedflow and not a drop or whiff of E85 since. Part numbers of the ones I bought from the local shop were:

3/8" GM quick connect adapters to 6AN - 715-6-6
90 degree 6AN to 5/16" hose - 413-6-5

Following pdf on aluminium AN fitting might come in handy as well:

http://www.vansaircraft.com/pdf/Torq...m_Fittings.pdf

The pdf certainly beats JV's and the local shop's advice of "just make sure it's snug".

I read every post on this and I immediately noticed similarities with countless vendors on Ebay that sells kits for cars. Their connections, hoses, and kit in general are garbage, the instructions if provided are garbage at best( those provided by forum wisemen dont count here), and the customer service is lazy, rude, and blatantly disrespectful to the customers.

JV's Flex Fuel Kit is Ebay Quality.

Installed the updated sensor, mounted it and replaced the questionable line with the correct size one. Used the speedflow AN to 5/16 barb I got from Australia.

Not one of wiff of fuel after the install. I hope this is it for any worries.

Very cool kit. Sucks to see it is having so many issues. This might help out with your hardline issue. Its rated up to 300psi and converts to 6AN. Free Shipping
