IMO not only does catless not net you more power like on turbo cars, but on an NA car especially a 4-cylinder removing a cat and/or resonators really makes the car sounds like shit.

I'm installing a 3" downpipe/overpipe and 3" midpipe tomorrow. Won't have a dyno though till I'm tuned and get my header in.

Ah...I had a before dyno, but not an after dyno on the same machine. I'll go back to that dyno sometime, I promise.

Are you going to install the op/fp before you get your header? Also what brands are you getting?

How does the car feel and sound after this mod?

Thanks

Sound is more aggressive, deeper. No harmonic resonance/drone (I have the Helmholtz). Feel is better for sure, but not earth-shattering...though my butt-dyno isn't very sensitive. Definitely more up-top and some more down-low, but the torque dip is still there.

I am untuned, with catalytic converter in the OP/DP retained.

Yes, I will be installing the downpipe and midpipe before my header arrives. It's from Nameless.

Hmm, not sure. I waited 2 and a half months for it to be built. Jason told me it was going to be released to the public in a few weeks. I think they wanted to see how their production 3" build came out before releasing it to more. (mine is the first, @Sportsguy83 has the original prototype system).

I'll post more about it when it arrives tomorrow and I install it. I'll also be flashing my ECU as well with a stage 2 FA20club tune. Probably won't get on the dyno till I install my header. I'll get sound clips and all that good stuff when its done.

Nice vid sounds good. Im looking for someone using this part but with the rest of the exhaust system stock. I want to keep the stock catback.

Yeah, I can. It's a full 3" system into the 3" offset Nameless axleback.

Got one of those as well, however there's a slight whine you'll have to ignore
