Hi everyone Question: Will changing the tail lights and reverse light to say Valenti void the car's warranty? Thanks.

Sorry if this is a stupid question, but how do you change out bulbs in these lights if they stop working?

you need to take the housing apart. usually they are either glued or sonically welded, so it's easiest to cut it open with either a dremel or a hot knife. then you need to desolder the failed led, locate a suitable replacement(good luck), and solder in the new one.

at that point though, the housing is already open with the innards exposed, so i'd just replace all the led's in one shot-- at least so they are all the same age. otherwise, it becomes a game of catch-up..

I don't feel like the Valentis have an obvious enough brake light.
I feel like I'll get rear ended

The spyders are a lot brighter so that wins for me

Barring a defect you won't likely have to do this for 10 years

you mean like this? i saw it with the cheap led tails that were offered for my last car, and they are offering similar quality, just with a much higher price tag now for this car..

Exactly that.
I was already leaning heavily toward the Spyder side of the fence, that just sealed the deal.
No way I'm paying that much for something to have 3 dead LEDs so often

Wow I really like both but the Valenti ones are just a little bit cleaner IMO

Crystal eye seem to have some condensation issue as well. http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showthread.php?t=47723

As long as your after sale is being take care, that shouldn't be an issue.

Which ones are actually brighter in daylight and night? Valenti's or Spyder? Can't decide which ones to go with...either way it would have to be the smoked lenses, if that makes a difference.
Which ones have less issues and better manufacturing?
