do you think this set up will have issues on rubbing on the spring perch?

Those tires are stretched for a 9", if that's what you're after then okay. With that small of a tire you should be okay. It will be close, depending on how much camber you plan on running. If you rub, then dial some camber out with camber bolts.

you will be fine with that setup. et45 and 245 tires still clear. if you get camber bolts then you might run into some clearance issues with anything more than -1 degree of camber.
