Indicated is at just about 8000 RPM, however, it cuts out at the following MPH in each gear:

1st 37
2nd 62
3rd 88
4th 113

That corresponds to approximately 7700-7800 RPM (based on the ratios in GT5).

umm those ratios are just a little bit too long for my liking...... would hav like 5 closer ratios with a cruising 6th gear...

Off topic, but do we have a thread on the differences between the BRZ and the FR-S ? only thing I heard was the dif suspension and HID/LED lights. Do we have a thread on comparing the 2 cars ? I did a search and really could find anything. thanks

Rotated

So STI only gets wheels, exhaust, and front/rear lip spoiler? What a crock. I HOPE NOT!

As a die hard Subaru guy (with roots in rwd Toyota), I might really have to go FR-S because of the price difference. I'm buying the car to rip right into the powertrain...so warranty is out the window for development of the NA platform before the turbo FA engines come out.

I'm still waiting to see just how much I can get an FR-S for compared to a baseline BRZ from the dealership that I use for my company's oem parts...

No the catalog says "STI sports parts", so it's more like parts catalog.

Again all this is only cosmetic so I have no interest. I would like dry CF roof and hood (knowing they will be very expensive) and other more important mod. At the moment the GT86 seam to be a better tack ready car with the TRD parts, with exception of BBK which is too much.

And if it's the Toyota system, the door will unlock by touching a sensor on the handle.

Yes it was posted previously as zaku mentioned. No worries. Thank you for not making a new thread just for this. It can be found here:
