I agree. I know how difficult and how little clearance there is with a 2.5" overpipe, so I definitely don't plan to swap to a 3".

3" is a tight fit, but one I feel is worth it. I have not done any testing v/s 2.5" on this car but from experience on other boosted 4 cylinders it made a difference. For those running lower power I would not expect huge gains. For those making full use of e85 or alcohol / meth injection I would expect to see good gains. We will be making a 3" down pipe back exhaust with single exit when our fa20club kit shows for my customer.

I have the Ultimate Racing 2.75" and it looks like there is still room around it. I wish now I would have found a 3".Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I337 using Tapatalk 2 |

I am sure FA20Club knows this, but to anyone who doesn't: The best way to do a 3" overpipe is to cut/modify or replace the front pipe too. I don't know why but the front pipe front flange points to the right of the car for no reason. It's puts more bends in the up pipe than necessary. I think 3" would be virtually impossible or too many bends to be very beneficial without also modifying the front pipe. I think that is what Andy means when he says "it's a full combo."

Its a ecutek tune. Minus Ecutek means I don't want locked maps or software on my car. I won't go FI till other tunning is available which it will be soon.
