Got mine installed 2 days ago. Sounds great above 2500 rpm, there is a pretty significant resonance right at ~2200 rpm which hurts my ears but I'm going to hold on and see if it calms down after some carbon build up. Pretty happy overall though.

I have revworks header, perrin overpipe, invidia catless fp and perrin fp and am looking for something louder. If i equipped the Works AB would this be a really loud setup because that is what I am after. How would this compare to the loudness of the berk delete with header, catless fp etc.?

just got mine today from these guys and just installed it with my test pipe. it ROARS. it does have a bit of drone like everyone said, not sure if im gonna take it to a local muffler shop to get a resonator added or if im gonna wait a bit to see if it settles down. the tone is really deep, if anyone wants to give it a listen in socal i'd be willing to meet somewhere and have a little demo with the exhaust. i think its worth every penny and the butt dyno shows a noticeable difference. my neighbors are probably gonna hate me now though.

What are we comparing here?
Personally I would think= 1. Dual Tip Muffler Delete+Test pipe =LOUDEST 2. Single tip muffler delete+Test pipe=Loud but both would be pretty damn close. I would only assume that because the dual tip has 2 exits and can make more noise because of that, but no tests have shown which ones are louder. Thanks, Michael |
