£52,000 = ~$79,000 USD

Any announcement of intent to release this in the North American market?

So in other words, I'll never see one of these in person unless I travel to LA or Miami, or possibly NYC in the summer. Bummer.

I just read about this car this morning in my car & driver mag, and holy crap I'd take this over a porsche any day. Looks amazing. I'm a big fan of lotus cars though (it does look a lot like a lotus...).

That's dry weight, fuel alone adds 20kg. Fancy car makers always quote dry weight to make you think their cars are faster than they really are.

This car...I dunno, no manual just doesn't seem right. The engine also doesn't sound very good. It's basically a slightly turboed Spyder in carbon fiber.

75k starting price in Australia.

That's undercutting the Cayman by almost 50 grand. It's basically the same price as a 370Z here.
