I want to check out the Innovate SC and get your thoughts on it. Once they get CARB approved, I'll seriously consider purchasing one.

One way to describe it is it makes the motor feel like a 3.0L. The smaller pulley makes it feel like a 3.5L. All without making it feel like a tank. Still light and nimble with adequate power for corner exit and straight aways.

I had my friend who has a stock frs drive it. Before he started it up he said "so does this thing really make a difference?". I just grinned. His after driving it was priceless. I have a feeling he's gonna go buy one now. Lol

Registered for 9/27 @ t'hill this morning in the Open group. If anyone is running in that group, I'll try to get some on-track footage and share it with you guys like i did w/ sw20kosh before.

Also, decided to skip L.Seca in Nov and instead signed up for Sonoma Raceway on Nov 23 with Track Masters Racing. I've driven many of the other tracks in CA but have only spectated at Sonoma. Looking forward to adding it to my resume.

Anyone doing Buttonwillow with NCRC this Sunday? So far a few friends and I are going. SO 2 FR-S, and S2K and a Cadlillac (haha). It's only $100 and they still got space: http://www.ncracing.org/events.php.

Anyone also doing Speedventures 86 Challenge at BW on Oct 20?

Nov 3, 2013 @ Laguna Seca w/ NCRC $179

As it looks, a half dozen or so are signed up (I know of 4 that are confirmed), a few more signing up for this date. Any track experienced drivers signed up? If so, can you volunteer some time with a newbie? I'd like everyone going to have a great time and experience regardless of their driving skills and I think an experienced driver sharing some time with a newbie will add to it. This may come natural that day but I'm just opening it up for the folks you don't have track experience.

For people who have done NCRC before, do they provide lunch or should I bring my own?

They don't provide free lunch but the cafe at Thunderhill is usually open. I normally head into Willows to get gas and stop by at Subway.
