WRB Limited northbound on 270 at 11:25AM in the HOV or left lane, between exits 4 & 5. I have seen this WRB Limited, northbound, at around this time several times now.

White FRS on 610 garrisonville rd heading in the direction of 95 around 6pm...said something that started with "c" on the tags..

Also saw the red FRS on mainside again today...same guy I have been seeing since spring...why you no on forums!

Saw a white guy in a white frs driving out of umbc. Gave a thumbs up but didn't even see me. Probably because I drive an elantra at the moment
