Sounds like the bread winner here is wheels, coilovers and exhaust.

I'll be a little different here.
Window tint, because I live in south Texas.
Kart boy short shifter, because its one of the major feedback points on a car.
Exhaust, because I like to hear my cars.

Assuming a Kit = 1 mod:

RCE Yellow Starter Kit
17x8" wheels with 235/40-17 tires (Yoko AD08, Dunlop ZII, Birdgestone RE11(A), etc)
Decent Cat-back (Ark Grip/DTS, Invidia N1, Nameless, etc)

I think this is the sweet-spot for DD driveability, enjoyment, and performance.

Not a mod but an Asus MemoPad HD7 (Torque & GPS) with the dash mount for $160 is a must have before you start modding.
What do you mean about the Asus? Are you saying to replace your stock radio with the tablet?

No just get a mount, I'm using the one that clips into the cd player but there is a better one that clips onto the vent.

Rims and tires (I count them as one), Suspension and Exhaust. Will transform the look of the car. The car already is fun to drive and aside from FI performance mods make a minimal change that you would feel.

Suprised to see so many suspension recommendations when the stock suspension setup is freaking awesome (in regards to performance not height).

My picks: Exhaust, tune, wheels/tires (I consider these done together 1 mod)
