so i've gotten so bored, that i'm going to reinstall an older game. C&C3, Tiberium Wars

edit: or maybe not. apparently windows 8 thinks this game is "potentially unwanted software"

did some searching, and apparently windows 8 has compatability issues with this game. bastards, it's one of my favorites! guess i gotta play RA3.

edit 2: and now Steam doesn't wanna work for me. FFS, i should just give up for today

Thanks for the tip but that's an old bug.

I use a new start mod to avoid the main quest anyway.

My guildmates haven't had any big issues. I don't have the game so I can't tell you from experience.

For years. I am also eagerly awaiting Star Citizen, I am an original backer and have 4 pledge ships. I am actually building a new machine specifically for this game, 4930K with twin GTX780's. I also have been playing a lot of Pay Day 2 on my current box.

Nope, neither do I.

Unfortunately it seems my drive to play is a bit lower now too. A lot of my FC is already max level or close to, and I just restarted as CNJ.

yeah lvling burns you out. I am 35 now but its hard to get on the grind, most of my friends are 50

I play Minecraft, Portal (1 and 2), select NFS titles, and a little known-game by BeamNG called "drive".

Flame all you want, lol. I have rather modest hardware and a pretty slow internet connection (damn you, Clearwire!) so I can't do too much.
