Robispec Experience

This has been my experience with Robispec.
As all you know, Robispec has a complete cooling solution which consist of a radiator / oil cooler combo.

I thought it was a great idea since I will install a turbo kit for my FRS and I will do some track days. We exchange a couple of PMs about the fitment with the AVO kit and other stuff as for shipping method. I was sold when he told me that mixing the stand offs is a 200% fix and I wanted to take opportunity of the GB.

Paid for the radiator / oil cooler combo group buy on June 30, 2013. Then after a few days, we exchanged a couple of more emails about an ETA or status, I also asked for a tracking number so I can follow the shipment.
It's been two weeks since our last conversation and I haven't received the item, so I sent another email asking for a tracking number to claim to USPS or whatever in case it was shipped and USPS lost it.

Looks like my last email was ignored, so yesterday I decided to ask for a refund since at this point, I believe the item hasn't been shipped. I also know the the radiator won't fit the turbo kit unless some modifications are done to the car which is a thing I want to avoid.

So far the communication have been via email but since I got his number today. I will let him know once again my decision of getting a refund for the item I never received.

I haven't been waiting too long, but since the 26th of so of last month I've been emailing and PM'ing them to find out when I could expect my part, and they have not responded in any way.

My part isn't terribly late, but I'd appreciate it if they communicated with me.

I really want this radiator too, I don't want a separate oil cooler.

I hope they simply send my part but I'd also be happy if they responded to my communications.

I called and got hold of Robispec, and radiators should be being shipped any day now.

I already sent payment a month ago.

Hard to get any response from him. I did not even know his number until I looked him up on facebook. Hope the radiators go out soon.

He told me my radiator would be shipping last Friday, and asked again for my shipping address in a PM to me.

I PM'd him yesterday to see if it shipped, and if I could get a tracking number, but again, no response.

Hoping my radiator is in transit.

I sent you a PM about this ... I gave him a call and he told me that it was already sent via USPS and that he was sorry, he was waiting for the new plate to be ready so he can ship it with the radiator. I said is cool since it was "already shipped".

I will try to give him another call to know what is going on and askfor the tracking number again ... At this point I'm tired of waiting and giving him 2nd/3rd chances.

I just talked with him, and he said that my radiator was shipping out today.

He said he was waiting on his machinist for the takeoff plates, and was sorry it took an extra week.

He said he'd give me the tracking number as well, so hopefully all is well in the universe.
