The more I look through this thread, the more I am surprised that they would "x" this color. This was my second choice behind DGM.

Not looking good for me to join the GBS Mafia....as the car I went to place a deposit for today was reserved 2-4 days ago

No others are showing at this Dealer in Colorado (insert name).

Might have to snag a DGM from them if I cant find one.

Ask said dealer if they can do a dealer search and find one for you and have it transferred :p

Tried that. I'll be lucky to nab a DGM 2013 from them as all that's left is Silver, white, and black.

This DGM would be a dealer trade on an in transit...still sorting out the details before I'm able to place a deposit.

What sucks is I was hooked on this color earlier...then heard it was going away...then got excited and tried to get it...then now cant. I'm not paying 2500-3k more for GBS where I'm at from a local, just for the color...as they have one there.

No worries. Just will be happy to get a BRZ, honestly after waiting this long.

Since MY2014 was announced a month or two ago; they will not produce any more of this color for the BRZ. Most of GBS BRZs should be off dealer lots by end of November.

Yep, you'll still see Scions and Toyotas in Ultramarine. Whenever I see an ultramarine I get excited thinking that it might be a GBS... every time I see one it's a FRS

Correct me if I'm wrong but the discontinuation would make GBS more rare than the 10 series.

I wouldn't be able to correct you, since I only know that there are 2500 10 series cars.

Have no idea what the sales/production numbers on the GBS BRZ are. I would imagine not from a worldwide perspective since Scion is only in North America, but in the US only I wouldn't know.
