I'm assuming that this is raw carbon fibre. It's not the clear coated carbon fibre right?

Correct, it is not clear coated. Password:JDM offers the clearcoat option for an extra $150 or $200 for all 3 pieces when you buy from them I believe. You can probably have it clear coated by a shop local to you cheaper than that.
