More than one person going back to stock or selling their car after about a year of ownership. Tres interesante.

Oh to be clear mine isn't going fully back to stock nor is it being sold.

The brakes will stay. The suspension may not (undecided.. hard to justify the money in suspension for a car that is mostly a DD for me now with a track car and race car to be more serious with...). The oil cooler and gauges won't (gauges already moved to the GS-R). Intake/Exhaust will stay for now. Wheels (at least one set) will stay.

I have no desire to sell the car. Haven't even thought about doing so. I'd only sell parts off the BRZ to help rebuild my bank account a bit after the GS-R build. The parts that I do sell will be sold based on my perceived need for said parts on the track.

I was talking to L.D. one day when I was at Mastro waiting on my alignment, and one of the service guys brought it up; said you were going back to stock and tracking an Integra instead.

Manny or Will probably?

I did tell them I was building the GS-R as a track car and will be tracking the BRZ less and maybe selling some parts off it.

Dave. What suspension setups have you been running on your car and which did you like?

BRZ? Stock and Eibach R2s. My R2s aren't fixed yet so they are loud and lack rebound. I've seen shock dynos of the newer ones and they appear greatly improved. Pulling them off to ship them to Eibach just hasn't been a priority.

I liked the stock setup a lot. The R2s I can't comment on for the reasons above and I haven't tracked the car with that setup.

The GS-R has R2s on it now with 700F/750R rates and it's great. You would never guess it's the same series as the un-fixed BRZ R2s.

I'm running 500/600 on the BRZ.

I know you ran Eibachs and had to take them off b/c you were riding the bumpstops, but did you give the RCE Yellows consideration?

I'm eyeballing the Yellows with the RCE swaybars as a budget setup, as I dont have the coin for coilovers at this time, and the RCE seems to be a mild drop and well paired with the OEM stocks. Plus, they include different bumpstops with the kit, which I'm sure will be needed at a track like Sebring.

Oh yeah, I had sportlines. I wasn't on the bumpstops though (normally, just in turn 17 ). I took them off after I ordered the coilovers.
