Dealer finally got a Forester Touring in, so I swapped key housings and "voila", I have slightly better-looking keys now!

Yesterday: Mirror falls off (homelink one). Today: Call service to get it fixed (along with the condensation riddled DRLs, detaching bumper and creaky clutch pedal). Get hung up three times, no answer the 4th....

Took mine in for crackling front speakers. They had a deaf Subaru tech OK them so I guess I'll continue dealing with the snapping sound my speakers make..... need to get better exhaust to drown that out I guess

Took her out to the Florida turnpike and headed north to visit a friend in Stuart. Drove 200 miles. My wife give me a funny look when I was masking the front end with blue tape. However, I went thru two thunderstorms, the car drove very well hitting the wet road, my wife was very happy with the drive. Has a bunch of other cars breaking their necks looking as we past them up. I did not see any FR-s or BRZs on the way. (Note: I pulled the tape off and all is well in the front end. ) Wiped her clean and the next morning gave her a good wash and shine. The wife believe now.

Why did you masking tape the front end?

I saw this done a several S2000 during our last met. They were coming from Naples. I ask them the same thing. He told me it would help keep small rocks and bugs from damaging the paint on the front bumper.

Had to go to LAX, so I drove Decker Canyon and bits of Mulholland on the way home. Those are pretty cool roads, but they'd be a lot more fun if you had the corners memorized.

Masking tape the front end to prevent rock chips on long distances.
