Anyone else's CBS get dusty really fast? Literally a day or two after washing it with ONR it'll get dusty enough that if I swipe my finger across the hood you'll see the mark. A week and it'll look like I threw dust on it. I've seen other black cars and I don't think they get that dusty.

I wash with ONR 2 bucket method with a sheepskin wash mitt and dry with a microfiber and that's pretty much it.. Maybe the microfiber is causing static somehow.

Yes but very simple method to de-dust.

Crank out a 0-60-0 run. It's fun and works well.

Doesn't work for me, I drove it on the freeway hitting 75-80 and still the dust sticks. If I take my finger it'll show, I took a picture showing 5-7 days of no wash and i'll upload when I can, don't have my SD card on me right now but it's ridiculously dusty.

It still looks beautiful and shiny from far away but when I get close you can see the dust

Are you in socal? Because that place is WAAAAYYYYYY too dusty . I lived down there for 3 years and my wife is from there so every time we visit I always comment on how the car gets so dirty. We live in the bay now and I can get away without washing the car a lot longer than when I was down there.

Norcal here, Sacramento specifically.. It's not normal since my sister's car is a black SUV and should be dusty also and I've seen other black cars that doesn't look like this. I'm going to do a full service and wax it this week so we'll see if it still does this. It's extremely odd.

The first wash I used a blackfire's polymer spray after the wash and I thought that was the problem but this last wash I just washed it without using any products after and it still gets just as dusty. I feel like I want to wash it after 2-3 days that's how dusty it is. I would like to think it's the product that was on there I think I read around the blackfire polymer spray attracts dusts on some people's car yet some people get great results with it. Idk.

No thanks to tree sap! Haha!

I have a tree in the front of my house that drips sap once in a while and has too many birds on there pooping. I don't park in my driveway for that reason.

However the dust is annoying because I want my nice shiny wash to last at least a week. I feel like I put in too much work for 2-3 days of a clean car. It still looks ridiculously shiny with blackfire's product even though it's dusty but the dust annoys me when I enter my car.
