I was thinking about getting a ecutek , now do you guys know if this will be beneficial in terms of more power gain ? Or is it not going to do anything since I'm still pretty much all stock.

Just wanted to share this with you guys been a while since I been on and I still haven't got the chance to go to the pavilions and meet up with you guys and get to know the frs/brz crowed
Mine is pretty much stock as well and you will feel the difference! Throttle is a more responsive than before that's for sure.

So, just a random plug for FA20club, and Toni's work. I sent him an email Friday night asking for a second map with "launch control and 2nd &3rd gear rev limits a little higher." Yesterday afternoon he emails me the new tune file. Now I recognize those changes probably took 15 minutes on a computer to make, but still, to have a less than 24 hour turn around for requests..on a weekend..is impressive. More so because this is a holiday weekend. I hadn't expected anything til Tuesday.

Thank you for this information and leading me to this thread. Just the information I was looking for. Seems the ability to pull cold air in from the front is less important than the size of the inlet which make the stock one a restriction.

This leads to the question would the right sized one provide any gains or would ensuring the seal where the airbox goes to the front bumper be a better idea?

Mike at motoeast has him beat. I asked for a quick change to the my tune for Elliott at nationals, and fifteen minutes later I get an email that I should expect the revision in an hour or two.
