First impressions of the Innovate SC kit with @moto-mike tune. I am even more in love with this car than I was before. It was no doubt that the 86 lacked power but i never found it to be slow so to me the biggest benefit can be seen in the torque dip. After the SC and tune the car pulls from start to finish, it is almost too much power down low. If I start to do a 3rd or 4th gear pull I am already way past a safe driving limit at around 5.5k rpms.

I wont lie I can see why some of the power hungry guys may prefer kick in the ass from a powerful turbo car. In a straight line the Innovate SC makes the 86 quick but not hold onto your seat we are going for a ride fast. Where the kit shines is around corners which is what I really like about it. You don't lose any of the characteristics of what makes this car great and it only makes it better. Coming out of a turn the innovate kit provides more than enough power, anymore and I would be sliding all over the pavement even with my wide wheels/tires.

Lastly I wont to discuss @moto-mike's tune so far. The car is extremely smooth, my wife kept telling me how it felt soooooo much smoother than stock. The power just feels perfectly linear from start to finish with no jumps or bumps. He was also extremely helpful with answering all my questions and providing amazing service. I highly recommend @moto-mike for anyone thinking of going FI.

p.s. I am on an e85, if that is not available I could see why some may feel this kit comes up a little short. (The smaller pulley should solve this for everyone though)

That's a great video. Seems like the FR-S is quite a bit quicker with the Innovate SC. Do you have any idea what HP you are now making? I'm curious to know what the difference between 93 and E85 would be.

All I know is my tuner says anywhere from 220-240. It hasnt been on a dyno so I can't say for sure. As for the difference between 93 and e85 I would say e85 feels much smoother and obviously faster. I only drove on 93 for about 15 highway miles and havent looked back so I cant make a great comparison.
