I guess you can do what you love the most, but you better know what you're getting yourself into. Know the pros and cons. Know what you'll get in return or lifestyle you'll be living for. For some people its okay to not have all the luxuries that the general public craves for and others... well they find it unacceptable and have to live at a higher standard.
So true, its like every day I face a new deep question....today was

-how do you know something is your calling when you haven't done it before?

Deep down I want to use my talent for sculpture for this type of job...I know everything it entails....But I just don't know if Ill be cut out for it....how do you know your cut out for work you've never done before?
I'm constantly pushing myself, I have no problem getting dirty for a job... ugh I guess I wont truly know until next year when I change my major...this is my decision and well so far I've only told 3 people what I wanted to do....one of which was discouraging..the other person was my mom so obviously supports me, and the other person was my friend who has a sister in the field so he didn't judge me...

Is cheaper to bribe inspector. But I not recommend. What did you replace, the cat-alytic converters?

Find out how much the car is worth.

If you are spending more then that on repairs in a year, it's too much.

@allch_chcar I got the lower ball joint on the front left tire fixed, and a new bearing as well.
All I want is for it to pass inspection, and it would also be nice if it didn't shake when I accelerate... There's always a problem, I don't understand why the mechanic didn'tsay anything about the shakes when he test drove it... Maybe with pontiac it's expected

@IntotheOcean

Reach out to the local FRS club for potential wrenching help or mechanic/inspection help?

I want to request a specific picture so I know if the body shop put the right part on my car but I don't know where/don't want to make a whole new thread about it. >_>

Also, came into work an hour early on a Friday even though I was scheduled to come in an hour late, so I'm here two hours earlier than I should be because I want overtime. I'm staying late too.

Only way you'll never know is unless you try. Best way to go about it is to make sure you have another skill/job to fall back on just in case.

Over here, most of my family rather see me play it safe and just work at a job that I don't exactly have any passion for. I don't believe I was made to live a mundane life from day to day to work in a office enclosed from the world. I still believe I was meant to do something different, but I'll never know if I don't put myself out there and do what I feel is right.

You don't have to take giant leaps or anything, but taking a few steps forward will at least give you an idea of what challenges lie ahead of you.

I'd whip that down the mountain. Prefer an AE86, but that looks like that'll do the job too.

I need to find a cheap daily driver, that is a car guy's car, gets good gas mileage, and I won't be embarrassed or bored driving.

My budget is under $6K...suggestions?

240sx...etc..
