E85 in high heat on this kit IMO is a must! Down here since Phoenix sources its gas from CA, we get all the additives and extra detergents due to high CA emissions. We saw first hand that Tucson fuel was better than what we have just north in Phoenix. Even at that its still not enough to keep the motor going for a long life span. It may be okay once the IC is released and an oil cooler is added. Those of you that have 93 are lucky. I gained roughly 41hp over 91 pump on the corn with me only being around E70 on the dyno. All in all it is better to run than e10 due to its cooling capabilities. If its accessible to anyone on any FI setup than opt for it.

I will be upgrading my injectors to handle e85 with my innovate kit. Do I need a new fuel pump as well?

The pump is a must in every case. Some tuners are using stock port injectors and upgrading the pump. I would get both but your tuner should let you know what it can be tuned with/on.

I'm getting between 21-23mpg on E85. It's still too new for me to feel comfortable with running it full time (not to mention I couldn't do to the distance from me) but it does seem to run a lot better. More power and smoother. I'm still hopping to get my 93 tune ironed out though.

I'm not down with more than one oring, never have been never will be...so I need to find another solution for my tracking peace of mind. Not yet convinced I need one but have yet to start tests with e85. Does one such pump that fits without more than one oring actually exist? :-(

That's how I have it installed but didn't even mention it because he wants it as OEM as possible. Gem, the SBD I'm selling installs with the white OEM spacer and one O ring. Sorry if this posts has mistakes, I'm on the phone!
