Nope and I have already gone through 2 1/2 tanks of E85 since Saturday, my car actually had consitant good pulls on E85 and 91 octane.

I got purchased both mine from Echelon AutoSports in Mesa for $240. I always use them when i need parts. They match or beat any price i ever found online. Ask for Brian.

I have the injen intake and no issues. I believe it was the highest ranked intake in a magazine test that included maybe 10 intakes that were tested on a dyno this spring.
Sure,........first you copy my black roof and now..............
I'm just kidding. Your car looks great and I'm not one who cares if there is another similar to mine in a city of 5 million people. Your stripe looks good also.

I also have the Injen intake. These are my thoughts. I love the way it looks and it sounds amazing WOT. However, when putting it on, your idle will constantly drop to where it will kill the car. Now this doesn't happen with everyone but the majority I believe it does. I had a long talk with Toni from FA20club and has seen this a lot in the cars he tunes. The reason this happens is because the placement of the MAF sensor. Since it sits right on the part where the tube sizing is different it actually creates turbulence. This means it's a nightmare to tune because its very inconsistent. The same is said with the AirRaid. Toni was very adamant about taking it off and putting the stock one on. I don't have a idle dip anymore after the tune but I can probably gain more with a consistent intake.

With that being said, if you still want to go Injen, I might be interested in selling to you... let me know.

Speaking of which, I found the Apexi air filter for $36 shipped from Vegas. That the best deal I'm going to get or is there one to buy locally anywhere? I wanted a dry one that I'm not going to have to clean/oil often.

ALL ARIZONA FR-S/BRZ OWNERS HOME PAGE

As of today, I met with the owner of a new PHX based aftermarket parts spec for Lexus, Toyota, and Scion. He is very excited to get his biz off the ground here locally and is close to having the website up and running. Having said that, he is set up to pretty much get anything anyone wants. Is was crazy the list of brands he is an authorized retailer for. At this moment, if anyone is looking to purchase anything, PM me and let me know what is is you are looking for and ill get you the Arizona86 price. For those that are attending tech day on the 15th at my house, he will be making a guest appearance to introduce himself. He is a great dude that wants to hook up our local car community. I'm very excited for the relationship we can begin with him and his new company.

Hmm well then I will revisit getting headers too then, however I need to find a way to deal with tuning the car either way as I am sure it will create an after cat emissions issue with an O2 sensor and I know HP Tuners does not support the FR- or BRZ lol. (Would be nice if it did though now I have to learn a 3rd management software)

However at this point I know I can have some fun with the car but well I have the Vette for anything radical so I don't know just how far I am going to push it. For me I just want to enjoy it while keeping the full warranty intact.

Definitely thank you though, that information is very helpful and I will discuss headers and such with one of the service managers to see what he has to say.

I got the Air Raid installed it went pretty smoothly, but I expected that considering the car doesn't have 300 miles on it yet. However I decided to not remove the Sound Tube or Under Bumper tubing until I did some research here on the boards.

After reading two threads I couldn't believe it was really just a noise generator with a diaphragm... but I tested it and it actually is... wow. Needless to say it has now been removed. The under bumper one I am not as certain on, I want to modify it to act more as a front air scoop behind the bumper. It will take some time and I will probably need to buy a spare I can cut up to do the design off of but I think it can be useful even if just for designing something better.

But its time to get some rest, night gentlemen.

Meguiar'd, in the garage, as it poured outside

Full car took about 40 minutes. Not bad! Still a couple spots here and there, mostly bug spots I need to get some bug & tar remover for, and a couple water spots that probably won't come out without a clay bar, but overall I'm pretty happy considering the time spent and ease of doing it. At $10/bottle, it will probably cost me less than $2 per wash
