So it is just over a week until Nationals for our groups begins. I hope everyone is ready.

I have not raced on concrete all season and am wondering if anyone uses different tire pressures for street tires on concrete over asphalt? I have ZII's I have raced all season, I think they don't grip like they did new, worn and maybe some heat cycling(?). In hindsight I should have gotten a new set for the big event and scrubbed them in. Transitioning from slippery asphalt to concrete will be a big adjustment. Any thoughts are appreciated.

See you all there. And good luck.

Out of curiosity, what's the rule on the 1xx numbers? Do you have to have a driver with the xx number?
I've seen the same thing in RTR in that there are still holes in the two-driver numbering, just curious if those will have to be filled in or what.

I thought I read in the rules that the 1xx numbers were for a second driver. You have to use a xx number if you are the only driver, then they add 1xx to your number for the second driver.

As with any National Event.. the numbering system allows a 2 digit number for single Drivers..and a 1 in front of the 2 digit number for 2 driver cars.. EX: 13/113...local events sometimes have their own numbering system that might allow 3 digit numbers that might be assigned the for the whole season...EX: 873 hope that clears it up for you..

Thanks Bill, I think I've gotten the answer.
I just didn't know if there were rules to prevent people from registering as 199 in a single-driver car just to be the last one on course. I was mostly curious if there were still people that hadn't shown up on registration yet.

Every region does it differently, I run as 187, but local is local.

Course designs will be posted tomorrow. Sam Strano is setting the east course. From videos on this site it looks like his courses are open and fast, good for this car.
