spotted this gem in Downtown Baltimore near E Pratt Street. i was in the right lane 3 cars back..couldn't really follow you cause i was turning right into the Hyatt parking garage.

anybody here? i remember we got a couple of new members in the downtown baltimore area but can't remember who specifically..
