Might be worth putting some foam on the under-side of the brace just in case..

It's possible to space the brace up a little bit, a washer or two under the brackets on the strut towers. Cheaper than new mounts and without the NVH too.

i wouldnt space it up unless you made a custom spacer in the same shape as the ends of the strut bar to keep as much contact area as it originally has. i also doubt the engine is gona move that far vertically, but i could be wrong.

Engines move a fair bit under heavy transients/shock loadings. Not just when you want it to move, but by undulations in the road, etc.

Based on unicorn juice, no doubt. I have the flow maps for this charger and it's capable of ~350hp on the right engine/tune.
