Anyone know a good detailer in south florida?

My car has some swirls from the day I picked it up, the dealer had washed it. I know that was a mistake but the damage has already been done.

I tried meguiar's scratch x2.0 by hand but I didn't see the scratches go away. I'm guessing I didn't use the correct technique.

If anyone knows a good detailer that can also do opti coat that would be awesome.
